Built at the club, not in a boardroom
TeamSheds started as one club's own tool — built to fix the exact mess every grassroots committee knows: rosters nobody trusts, rego payments nobody can find, and a season's worth of stats scattered across someone's notebook.
It's still run by people who sit on a committee, chase down deposits, and stand at training taking attendance — not by a product team that's never set foot on the sideline.
